AGENCY BRANDING AND DESIGN

I appreciate your assistance as your department’s liaison in helping me get the information I need to create your custom cards and prints.

Here’s what I will need to complete your order:

I’ll keep you updated regularly on whether I’m still waiting for forms to be submitted. Timely processing of your order hinges on me having the info and photos, so if we need to follow up with anyone I will let you know.

#2 - don’t forget to fill out the questionnaire yourself if you are a handler! GETTING STARTED WITH YOUR K9 COLLECTORS CARDS.

Agency photographers will know how to get good lighting and even a high-key background. But they might not be aware of some items we’re looking for, such as ear and body position.

#3 - IF your agency photographer will be doing the photos for the card front, direct them to our photo guide.

It can be really helpful to look at some of our CARD EXAMPLES to get a feel for how you want your cards to look.

For example - Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office used their K9 insignia and the round agency crest on the front of the cards, and their email signature including social media on the back.

Sarasota Police prefer an agency-color stripe on the front of the card along with the department patch, and their K9 crest on the back, along with a simple URL and phone number at the bottom.

North Port Police used a badge on the front, with a stripe that matches their cars, and a K9 patch on the back.

LET ME KNOW in the form if you have specific design needs such as these - and on the flip side, if you want me to take the branding items you send me and create the best layout with what you have, I’m happy to do that as well.

#4 - send logos, colors, and other branding info on the following form.

THANK YOU! I will review your submission and be in touch if I have any questions or concerns.

I will contact you with a design layout for approval before moving forward with your order.
